Halcyon Drives is able to offer tailored service contracts on inverter drives offering an individual service to meet each company’s unique requirements.

To provide a total drive ‘Peace of Mind’ solution, we offer a 24 hour/365 day call out service within specified response times. Upon commencement of a new contract, a full audit & report is undertaken and provided to each site on all inverter drives to be protected. The condition and set up of each drive is checked to ensure correct operation and efficient running.

Prevention always being a better remedy, annual maintenance visits are also carried out to ensure any possible failures are minimised helping to maximise the life of the product.
